We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting multiple divisions of our company by responding to customer inquiries via email and answering phone calls. The ideal candidate has a passion for merging technology with customer satisfaction and an interest in creating new and innovative ways to create a better customer experience.

Perform account maintenance tasks.
Write and send email to customers.
Deal with customers by phone.
