Alexander Associates Looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor at Hampshire Full Time

My client is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their business, working on Southern Water projects, comprising mechanical, electrical, civil & process engineering. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all of the commercial function for the project and applicants should be fully conversant with NEC3.

• Updating Risk Register
• Monthly Commercial Reporting
• Cash Flow Forecasts
• Subcontractor Payments
• Dispute Resolution
• Final accounts

Who we’re looking for

• HNC/HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or by experience (Essential)
• Working knowledge of NEC Suite of Contracts (Essential)
• A background of working within the water (Preferred)
