AlertMedia is looking for an Enterprise Regional Vice President, to bring leadership and mentorship to a team of Enterprise Account Directors (ADs) in our strategic, consultative, and conversational sales environment. We have a group of talented ADs selling our communication software to companies larger than 5,000 employees, across all industries, all over the world. You will have the opportunity to grow AlertMedia’s business significantly, focusing on strategic enterprise targets. You will be responsible for helping ADs drive net new business within their territories, and assist them with improving their prospecting, discovery, demo, and closing tactics to meet and exceed their sales goals.

Who you are:
You are a proactive, consultative, and like-able leader with a passion for selling and wants to develop a team of ADs down their sales career path, while growing your own leadership experience. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help close deals, and knows managing is more than sitting in an office pulling stats. You are passionate about being a mentor, actively engaging with your team, and leading-by-example. You recognize that accountability is key and hold your team to a high standard without being afraid to set great expectations of what success and performance management looks like. You’ve had past success in a consultative sales role and have managed these type of team members, helping them move the needle in each area of their sales funnel. You have a group success philosophy and care about the success of the entire sales organization.
