Position Summary: Attract, engage source, and interview qualified passive and active candidates for all Alera Group locations across the USA. Facilitates the recruiting process for all open positions and consult with hiring managers on candidate selection. Develops talent pipelines for hard to fill roles and executes scalable recruiting strategies to attract high caliber candidates.
