Reporting to: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Location: Home working (you may be required to travel to other academies on occasion)

Key responsibilities

At Aldridge Education we offer a range of Professional Development opportunities in what we call our Growing Together programme. This offer is comprised of internal courses for Trust staff and delivering courses on behalf of Teach First for teachers early in their careers (on the Early Career Framework (ECF)) and aspiring leaders (on the National Professional Qualifications (NPQs). We also provide some of our training to external schools and other Trusts. The advertised role also supports the administration of all courses in order to ensure they are smoothly organised and support the learning of all participants. This role includes responsibilities to:

• Create and send calendar invitations to online training.
• Be present in online training sessions to run the slides and technology.
• Send course bulletins to keep participants informed of upcoming sessions.
• Upload session recordings to Growing Together page for sharing with participants after sessions.
• Support monitoring Teach First course participant data to ensure all data declaration requirements are met. This includes logging attendance and monitoring engagement data.
• Send out and ensure completion of official paperwork, including programme agreements, by schools.
• ​Support processing the course applications, including logging applicant data, anonymising for review and informing participants of the outcome.
• Onboard participants following their acceptance onto courses.
• Organise logistics for in-person training events, including conferences, induction, INSET and one-off training events.
• Liaise with schools hosting training re. logistics, printing and other requirements. This would be for both internal and external school bookings.
• ​For external events, support with putting together packs of marketing items. Ensure they are in the correct location ready for the running of the course.
• Liaise with marketing to order any marketing supplies or brochures as and when required.
• Liaise with finance to ensure the processing of invoices. Curate and keep up to date list of key contacts.
• Circulate marketing materials and information to key internal and external contacts.
• Book travel and accommodation as required for the Professional Development team.
• Support monitoring the Growing Together inbox.

General

• Book travel and accommodation as required for the Professional Development team and broader Trust Lead team where capacity allows
• Expenses for the Professional Development team.
• Provide basic holiday cover for the Executive Assistant in their absence
• Any other task or duty as reasonably required

• The post holder will be required to have a valid Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate and be re-checked every 3 years as per the Trust’s policy
