Aldon Company Inc is a small business in Waukegan, IL. We are professional, nimble, customer-centric and our goal is to become the principal manufacturer and supplier of products to the rail using industry.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and collaboratively on a broad range of projects. The successful applicant will have the ability to manage multiple tasks, have excellent communication skills and be a self-motivated problem solver.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve computer systems and procedures.
• Develop and implement a continuous improvement plan.
• Oversee human resources activities to ensure that the company’s needs are met and compliance is achieved.
• Oversee accounting department to ensure timely collections and supplier payments.
• Work with purchasing agent and suppliers to ensure that they deliver the goods that the company needs.
• Oversee budgeting and ing to ensure company is operating within financial scope.
• Oversee warehousing and manufacturing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Maintain a high degree of employee morale and team work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
