An exciting opportunity for a Investment Management Accountant has become available in the Accounting department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time role.

As a Investment Management Accountant, you will be a part of a high performing and results driven team with a focus on process, strategy, and accuracy. To be successful in this role, you will have strong insights and analytical skills with an in-depth working knowledge of investment performance principals.

Role responsibilities:

• Report on investment performance against monthly budget to support successful business outcomes
• Provide financial insights, analytics, and support to the senior leadership team
• Preparation of investment related budget
• Assist in the strategic prioritisation of investments
• Use industry data and insights to make recommendations on Finance & Administration tools and facilitate process improvement
• Distribute investment budgets according to the strategic investment portfolio
• Maintain the SAP IM/PS system

Selection criteria:

• Experience in Investment Management Accounting within a large multi-national business
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or closely related – Recent Graduates welcome!
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in SAP BPC, and Analysis for Office is highly desirable
• The ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast paced, agile environment
• Demonstrated ability to apply excellent attention to detail and diligence
• Excellent written, verbal, and relationship building skills with the ability to engage across different levels of management
• Knowledge of accounting standards and legislation
