A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven, enthusiastic HR Assistant to join the Aldi HR department based in Bolton to support the Learning and Development (L&D) Director in driving the National Learning and Development strategy. This is an exciting and diverse role in which the successful candidate will be exposed to a wide scope of responsibilities, and a great opportunity to build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels across the business. Whilst supporting the HR Director with diary management, travel arrangements, preparing meetings, internal communications and administration, responsibilities also include reporting and planning for the department.
Successful candidates will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and will therefore need to possess excellent communication, attention to detail, time management and organisation skills.
