Role: HR Assistant

Salary: £32,075 rising to £37,455

Contract Type: 23 Month, Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 08:00 to 16:30 – Mon to Fri

Duties / Responsibilities:
We’re on the lookout for a hard-working individual to join the HR team at our Head Office in Atherstone as a HR Assistant responsible for training course management and our Learning Management System (ELP).

Reporting directly into the HR Manager you will be responsible for the following;

• Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers
• Organisation of training courses for Directors, Executive Managers, Store Management and Logistics Management
• Organisation and delivering training as and when required
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and engaging training content
• Engaging with various teams and projects to provide guidance relating to training
• Evaluating and analysing training course feedback to measure return on investment
• Become the business expert for ELP and our new LMS system launching in 2022.
• Monitoring training courses sign up and attendance rates through ELP
• Extracting reports and analysing data from ELP
• Carrying out Learning Needs Analysis
• Maintain reports and key data which involves updating multiple spreadsheets and creating meaningful reports using excel
