We are seeking an experienced interviewer to join our team to help us identify top-tier sales professionals who can help us achieve our business goals. As an interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and insightful interviews with candidates, evaluating their suitability for a sales position, and providing feedback to the hiring team.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting structured interviews with potential sales representatives

• Assessing candidates’ sales experience, skills, and qualities

• Providing feedback to the hiring team on candidate’s suitability for the position

• Collaborating with the hiring team to improve the hiring process

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales hiring

• Participating in other recruitment-related activities as necessary

Requirements:

• Studying HR, Business, Psychology, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience is a plus.

• Experience with behavioral and situational interview techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of CRM software and sales performance metrics is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,019.00 – $72,983.00 per year
