In this vital role as a Recruitment & Employment Services Supervisor you will be working for a busy, proactive Recruitment and Employment Services Team, the post holder will assist in providing a comprehensive recruitment service to a clinical Division and corporate teams.
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day support for managers and applicants through the recruitment, on-boarding and employment services processes. Ensuring that recruitment and ESR processes are completed safely, accurately and within the service’s key performance indicators. The post holder will be responsible for delivering a high quality, effective recruitment service for the Trust and work as a team leader to develop the HR administrative support function.
