What you will be doing

This opportunity will provide you with a comprehensive coding experience, ranging from developing back-end databases and designing features for our company. It will also provide you with valuable experience necessary for a wide range of successful careers across the information technology industry. This position is located in Vancouver, BC.

Main responsibilities

Participate in the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process including – requirements, architecture design, testing and support

Core software development (requiring various programming languages, techniques

Unit testing and documentation

Integration, deployment and support/warranty

Participate actively in requirement, design, and code reviews

Debug and revise programs based on test results

Actively communicate with project managers and team members about technical and project issues

What we are searching for

Working towards a B. Eng, B.Sc (Computer Science), B.Tech, M.S.S or related degree or diploma with equivalent experience

Technical experience with a development background

Database technologies

Knowledge of recognized software/system engineering processes

Proficient understanding of domain-driven-design and test-driven-design techniques

Be able to work in a team context with non-technical users

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
