As a Luxury Sales Associate at Alberta Boot Company, you will provide a western lifestyle experience to our customers, promoting and selling our products, educating about our merchandise, and advocating for the brand.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Provide top-notch customer service including personalized fittings
• Display and merchandise our products according to guides
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat providing customers with product recommendations
• Facilitate custom orders, communicating options and recommendations
• Reorganize back up stock, counts, and redeploy sized stock
• Process transactions, returns and exchanges
• Close and reconcile sales transactions
• Assist with monthly inventory counts
• Participate in telephone outreach campaigns
• Support Sales management team for commercial sales projects & special orders
• Receive and share customer feedback on product and experience
• Collaborate with Hotel Event Planner and coordinators (Chateau Lake Louise and Banff Springs, plus the general Banff area) to create impactful merchandise & gifting packages

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• Excellent customer service skills, with natural sales ability
• Energetic and dynamic, results oriented personality
• Experience working in a retail sales environment
• Experience monitoring and responding to sales chat inquiries online preferred
• Be an advocate for the brand, and a team player
