We are looking for a chef that preferably has catering experience. We typically host 10-50 guests during their stay that you would be cooking for. Sometimes we do host weddings with 100 plus guests that we would bring in assistance to help you. Freedom to create your own menus and dishes, but we also have menus that can be worked off of. We offer a full commercial kitchen with double ovens and updated appliances.  This position would be on a reservation to reservation basis, offering other work at the lodge to supplement income when we have no guest in house. We do recommend having a vehicle or purchasing a vehicle upon arrival to AK as our lodge is located 45 minutes outside of Soldotna. We do offer housing, some options are more rustic than others, but thats the true Alaskan experience! Our season in Alaska begins May 15th so please anticipate coming out around that time.Â
We are a small team of three managers, Bret (Lodge Owner), Linda (Onsite Manager), & myself, Brenna, the Sales & Marketing manager. Linda will be your direct supervisor. We are looking forward to a very busy and bountiful season, come join us! Pay will be determined on experience.Â
