We do this by delivering integrated product and service experiences for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace.

We provide promotional Telus home protection systems (police, fire, medical and home automation) at no cost to selected clients. If you are passionate about success and driven by results, we want you to join our exciting Backend and Customer Service Team.

All training will be provided on the job, no prior experience is mandatory.

This is an office-based position, work from home is not applicable.

Location: Toronto, near Yorkdale Mall and Station

Your responsibilities:
Answer phone calls from customers and provide necessary solutions.

Transfer data to a digital database

Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders

Update various data including financial transactions, customer information, inventory, status of items or other information

Organize existing data in a spreadsheet

Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records

Compensation: $14.25 per hour.

After completion of 3 months’ training and probation period, your performance will be reviewed and salary could be revised.

Requirements:
Available to work for 5 days a week anytime between 9 am and 9 pm, sometimes including Saturdays.

Confident and pleasant personality with great communications skills.

Fast learner.

Organized with attention to detail.
