We are hiring for our Admin division

Responsibilities include:
Answer phone calls from customers and provides necessary solutions.

Transfer data to a digital database

Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders

Update various data including financial transactions, customer information, inventory, the status of items, or other information

Organize existing data in a spreadsheet

Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records

Provide other support as required

Requirements:
Strong communication skills

Strong administrative skills

Able to multi-task

Previous customer service experience is not required but is a strong asset

Should be available between 9 AM- 9 PM for 8 hr Shifts

Should be available for at least one Saturday in a month

Job Type: Full-time/ Part Time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
