Alarm Central is a wholesale monitoring company in Quincy, MA. We respond to alarm signals by making phone calls. We are a family run business and consider our employees family as well. We try to have fun while mainting a friendly and professional service.

Responsibilities:
– Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
– Organize and maintain files and records
– Transcribe information from source documents
– Create and update spreadsheets using Excel,
– Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
– Ensure data integrity and confidentiality

Requirements:
– Previous experience in an office or clerical role preferred
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Proficient in data entry and typing
– Familiarity with pivot tables and Excel functions is a plus
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit

– Must pass Criminal Background Check

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
