Job Overview: We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as sales representatives. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for managing a developed active sales territory in Peoria, Galesburg, and QCA in Illinois. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and drive sales. The position offers a competitive starting salary that will transition to 100% commission after training is complete.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an active sales territory in Peoria, Galesburg, and QCA in Illinois
• Make cold calls and establish new relationships with potential clients
• Work closely with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and drive sales
• Meet and exceed sales goals on a regular basis
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical or industrial supplies industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
