As our Hiring and Training Manager, you will be responsible for following an established process to bring in new talent that fits our culture and will help us achieve our goals. You will also onboard new staff and get to assist with the crafting of training programs for new and existing team members.

We work hard, especially during our selling seasons, but we make up for it with an aggressive benefits package that includes substantially more paid time off than you are likely receiving now. Our team is required to work heavier hours (including some nights and weekends) during the selling periods in June/July & December/January. To compensate, we offer an aggressive company holiday calendar that includes between 20 to 30 paid days off per year plus vacation PTO. As part of our policy, we offer 4-day work week, 26 weeks a year.
Ultimately, this position works to help us with retaining and acquiring talent. This will be accomplished by bringing the right people into the right roles and setting them up for success through proper training and positive culture development.
You will contribute to the health and success of the company by knowing the business priorities and collaborating on our talent acquisition strategy which includes utilizing such tools as Culture Index, EOS and Top Grading.
This role is an important member of the strategy team and reports directly to the Chief of Staff
You will proactively partner with the rest of the executive team to implement strategies and execute people practices consistently across the organization. You will implement and execute training throughout our organization and be responsible for helping our company get the most out of our talented teams.
Ultimately, your goals will be centered around creating a successful driven culture of collaboration, development and communication that is founded on people and process.
