Al Madina School of Richmond Hiring for Class or Subject Teacher at Richmond, VA Full Time

Applicants must meet the minimum requirements:

• B.S. from an accredited College from within the United States in Education, Early Childhood Education, Middle/High Education or related fields
• Must have at least 2 years of working experience in the field of Education
• Must have valid work permit and proof of residency in the U.S.

Candidates who are being considered for Class or Subject Teacher positions will be invited to an interview with our Hiring Committee. Candidates who are short-listed after that interview will then be asked to teach a demonstration lesson to one of our classes while being observed by members of the Hiring Committee. A full benefits package is provided for salaried staff working full time including health insurance and tuition discount for teachers’ children enrolled in our school.

We also accept resumes for our Substitute Teacher List throughout the school year. Applicants who are selected for our Substitute Teacher List are invited for an orientation and for observing in a classroom. Rate of pay is commensurate with level of education and experience.
