We are recognised for building successful partnerships with customers and are now seeking a senior level recruiter to join the team and develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent to the business.

As Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will develop and implement a recruitment plan for your UK&I region, taking responsibility for recruitment budget and targets. This will include identifying current and future talent gaps for key positions and building pipelines. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR Managers to understand organisational needs and critical timelines as well as support your team to meet them effectively. As a brand guardian you will manage relationships with external suppliers and track effectiveness against KPI’s and SLA’s as well as provide regular management reporting on performance.

You will also encourage change in people, organisation and culture to drive performance. Important will be the ability to identify opportunities to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and reduce costs.

You must have experience of leading an in-house Talent Acquisition team that supports several business areas and stakeholder groups. You will be used to KPI reporting and translating numbers into action plans for your team. You will also have experience of working with e-recruitment and applicant tracking systems.

Your in-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques will be complemented by a good understanding of a variety of different selection methods.

A strong communicator you build relationships quickly, challenge the status quo and are credible operating at all levels. You will possess good interpersonal, influencing and prioritisation skills too.
