To provide end to end hands on Recruitment and HR Business Partnering support across multiple Business Units and Functions in Country. Will also be responsible for talent pipelining targeted areas at country level and delivery of HR Initiatives.
Manages the end to end recruitment delivery of allocated vacancies across multiple functions at country level, using all methods available (i.e. direct sourcing, employee referral, social media, etc.)
Carries out initial screening and the first interview of shortlisted candidates as required for the vacancies allocated
Tracks agreed local Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for area of responsibility and to provide timely and accurate reports to the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, along with recommendations for improving performance
Coach and support people managers so that they have the necessary capability to carry out activities in the annual employee calendar (P&D and talent management processes, annual Reward calendar etc).
Where necessary guide managers to the other areas in the HR model that will support them (people services, CoEs)
Facilitate the P&D and Talent calibration processes • Facilitate Operational Workforce Planning at the relevant level working with the business/function.
Support and/or lead local plans for standardization and continuous improvement within the country
Work with other HR colleagues in the country to ensure that AkzoNobel global HR processes are implemented within their area of responsibility
Degree in Human Resources or other related fields preferred – Experience within HR generalist roles.
Experience with in-house recruitment.
Proven experience in delivering successful best practices, end to end recruitment campaigns within specified deadlines
Experience of working with ATS and social media platforms – Experience in building, managing and engaging talent pipelines
Experience in using analytics as a tool for monitoring performance
Strong knowledge of current local Employment Law – Experience working in a matrix organisation
Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
