Job Summary: A Finance Controller is a professional responsible for preparing a company’s financial s, which include balance sheets and income statements. They also assist in compliance audits and monitoring internal controls to ensure that everyone does their job correctly.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting,

Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and variances
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory ing
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial ing
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government ing requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal

controls

• Ensuring and controlling the accounting of personnel expenses and expense invoices.
• To follow the changes made in the legislation and to inform the relevant persons in terms of legislation.
• To carry out independent audit and tax audit processes.
• Following and finalizing the processes of letters of guarantee to be received from banks.
• Monitoring and ing customer debt aging and vendor receivable aging.
• To be responsible for all payroll main salary process
• Preparing annual leave s, and total employment costs s and timesheet s for payroll

process. And, also, to send and share these s to Human Resources Department of Houston

• To follow up all the payments of the company regularly and to make these payments.
• To make regular and beneficial communications with the bank and the official institutions involved.
• To carry out orders, transfers, check/promissory notes, credit follow-up, current account follow-up,

risk and payment transactions. And to control these processes

• To protect the financial information confidentiality of the company and customers.
• Additional controller duties as necessary

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
• 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Advanced degree in Accounting
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with creating financial statements
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills (preferably Quickbooks)

Preferred Not Required

• or CMA preferred
• Background in working with an international organization
