Akkodis Hiring for Customer Service Representative at United States Full Time

Akkodis is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work remotely with our client None. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring functionality of computer systems and networks.

Pay Rate: $26/hr

Shift Start/End Time:

Hours are M-F 7am-11 pm est. Saturday/Sunday 9am-7pm est. Candidates must be available to work any shift within those days/times and may vary based on business needs.

Ideal Candidates:

Call center background, high professional, attention to detail, goal orientated, handles high stress environment well, flexible schedule, handles change well.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to our product via phone/email.
• Collaborate with internal support groups to escalate complex and high priority/high impact issues.
• Handle 50+ users daily in a call center capacity while providing excellent customer care.
• Properly document required information through our client ticket management application known as ServiceNow.
• Mentor peers with troubleshooting inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints and offer elevated technical support expertise.

• Ability to document problem resolution and other materials
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively and independently
