AkkenCloud Hiring for Sales Development Representative(s) (% Remote) at Nashua, NH Full Time

AkkenCloud provides an all-in-one SaaS platform to many of the fastest growing staffing and recruiting companies. To help with our growth, we are hiring several Sales Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our inside sales team. This is a great opportunity for achievement-oriented professionals and recent college graduates to establish and grow a successful sales career.

In this role, you will be responsible for demand generation by:

• Working in a pre-sales/sales capacity
• Conducting high volume prospecting calls to generate and qualify B2B sales leads
• Cultivating executive-level, strategic relationships and moving them through our qualification process
• Orchestrating needs assessment calls with specific inbound and outbound prospects
• Scheduling online demonstrations and meetings with qualified prospects
• Performing opportunity identification, information gathering, and a smooth hand-off to our senior sales team

Required Qualifications :

• Passionate, competitive, and self-motivated team player with a desire to win and be coached
• Service-oriented sales approach and a desire to help customers achieve their objectives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience prospecting customers over the phone
• A desire for professional and personal growth
• High-energy personality
• A good sense of humor
• Knowledge of SaaS, Cloud-based software, CRM, ERP, and/or Staffing/Recruiting Software is a plus
• Experience with recruiting, consulting, HR, IT professional services, or staffing/recruiting industry also a plus
