Akari Care provide residential and nursing care services to the elderly operating 35 homes nationally. The Recruitment Administrator role is an integral part of the Recruitment Team, supporting the Internal Recruiters in the sourcing, attraction, recruitment and onboarding of the staff across the Akari estate.
Main responsibilities
Supporting the Recruitment team in the delivery of the in-house recruitment service.
Effectively managing relationships with current and potential colleagues, including candidate response handling at each stage of the recruitment process.
Utilising a variety of communication methods and platforms; e-mail, phone and social media.
Working with the wider team to collate relevant MI reports.
Management of recruitment team mailbox.
Provide responsive administrative support to the central recruitment Team as required, including writing job adverts, setting up candidate interviews and providing feedback.
Working collaboratively with other members of the recruitment team to ensure the success of the team.
Ownership of the Applicant Tracking System, supporting the wider recruitment team to keep the system updated and current.
Candidate management duties including referencing and DBS checking and overall on-boarding.
Onboarding administration including but not limited to; progressing offers of employment, reference and screening processing.
Booking rooms and catering as required for recruitment events
