The Role:

Plan, manage and deliver the project’s test management process and stream, to support the implementation of a new HRIS system on the Workday platform. The role will involve leading the test team, test governance and acceptance testing of platform customisation as well as legacy system remediation and 3rd-party integration testing

To Be Successful in this role you will have:

• 10-15 years’ experience in TM roles (5 years at a senior level)
• Previous experience leading large programmes of work
• HCM/HRIS experience essential
• Excellent senior stakeholder management
• Experience in managing testing and vendor governance projects
• Exceptional ability to plan and execute large, complex test efforts for HCM-transformations in conjunction with other workstreams
• Strong team leadership and people management skills
• Strong understanding of Agile methods and approaches
• Strong communication and ing skills
• Strong organisation skills
• Strong general IT awareness and background
• Strong delivery mindset
• ISTQB/ISEB certification or similar

Role requirements:

• Definition and delivery of a comprehensive test strategy and detailed test plan
• Hiring and managing internal test resources
• Planning, managing all internal test activities and delivering in line with the agreed plan and schedule
• Design and manage the governance framework for vendor- and internal test activities, entry- & exit criteria and stakeholder agreement
• Definition test environment strategy in close cooperation with the Tech Lead/Transition Manager
• Supporting the PM with contract definition from quality criteria/acceptance criteria perspective
• Test ing and status communication to senior management
• Setting up and supporting business UAT
• Release governance support
