AJQ Technology Consulting Hiring for Scrum Master at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Full Time

We currently have a requirement for multiple Scrum Masters to join the AJQ Delivery Team.

Our client is a State Government Department who is looking to bolster their team to assist with the delivery of a number of their core projects based around .NET, Dynamics 365 and ing.

These positions are offered on a contract basis in a hybrid working environment and will commence in September / October.

To Be Successful you will have:

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile and Lean methodologies
• A minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Scrum Master in one or more of the following project types: .NET – ing – Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience leading Agile high performance, self-managed and dynamic teams as a Scrum Master, including facilitation of ceremonies, acting as a key impediment remover and monitoring team progress throughout each sprint.
• Experience prioritising backlogs, negotiating scope and managing produce expectations.
• Experience in managing the planning, implementation and successful agile delivery of one or more complex transformational projects.
• Experience with tools to manage Kanban boards, backlogs, task boards and sprint ing
• Experience using Azure DevOps for Agile Methodology
• Exposure or experience with Scaled Agile methodology
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with software development practices and tools in .NET and Dynamics 365 environments.
• Experience with project ing and metrics to track progress and quality.
• Experience on an Australian Federal, State or Local Government project
