Recruitment Manager Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
– Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
– Utilize various recruiting tools such as ADP, iCIMS, Paychex, and Taleo to manage candidate data and track progress
– Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
– Lead generation efforts to identify potential candidates through job fairs, social media, and other channels
– Conduct employee evaluations to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations
– Develop and deliver employee orientation programs to new hires
– Negotiate contracts with staffing agencies as needed
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources management
– Strong knowledge of recruitment tools such as ADP, iCIMS, Paychex, and Taleo
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
– Demonstrated ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
