EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2-4 years of experience
• Work experience in a corporate environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in both Japanese and English

OCCUPATIONAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS

• Characterized as sedentary work.
• Job demands may require computer work and filing in lateral and upright file cabinets. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or touch.
• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Role primarily conducted remotely, with no permanent office required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Office commute at least once a week (around Palo Alto)
• 3 days a week, 3 hours per day (tentative)
• Meeting arrangements (in Japanese and English)
• Reservations and payments of restaurant, hotel, meeting room, etc.
• Office maintenance (beverages, supplies)
• Management of filing, meeting notes, presentation materials, etc.
• Scheduling
• Email correspondence
• Expense processing tasks
