Responsibilities

Hiring:

• Maintain standard of excellence related to pre-employment assessments process using Criteria Corp assessments

• Strategically work across the organization to drive growth by efficiently and effectively hiring top talent

• Partner with recruiting manager to oversee the recruiting team, identifying creative ways to make key hires, and improving the productivity and efficiency of hiring

• Hold hiring managers accountable for constantly raising the bar across the organization

Developing:

• Oversee the development of new hire onboarding and functional training programs to drive employee productivity and efficiency as quickly as possible

• Provide leadership to the Learning and Development manager to ensure development programs are designed and delivered to ensure growth and productivity of all team members through ongoing training development and management programs

• Monitor learning metrics and recommend program enhancements based on employee and manager feedback

Performance:

• Partner with the leadership to develop and launch performance, efficiency, and quality targets for all functional areas within the business

• Develop and launch company-wide performance management, nine box, and succession planning processes

• Establish a standard cadence of meetings across the business for strategic and tactical discussions on how to best drive productivity and performance across teams

• Educate and advise leadership team on organizational design and development, performance management, and competency leveling

• Identify where skill gaps/redundancies exist within the organization and assist managers in addressing and mitigating these

Acquisition Integration:

• Partner with CFO and key stakeholders to execute pre-acquisition and integration activities related to people integration

• Ensure new companies are successfully onboarded post-acquisition

General HR

• Ensure implementation of company policies are aligned with all applicable laws and regulations

• Lead effective administration of company-wide compensation and benefits programs

• Provide oversight of all HR related systems including HRIS, LMS, ATS, and Employee Engagement System

Requirements and Skills:

• A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required

• 7 – 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development

• Broad people perspective across all areas of people strategy including recruiting, training, performance and culture

• Ability to coach and hold other executives and leaders accountable for the performance of their teams

• Methodical and data-driven approach to problem solving, giving the ability to provide practical and efficient solutions

• Ability to identify, scope and manage projects, tasks and risks

• Experience with acquisition integration and the creating of centers of excellence

• Business acumen and a strong understanding of the necessary balance between risk, employee engagement and financial goals

• Excellent communication skills, written expression and comprehension

• Quality approach to work, with an appreciation for procedures & controls
