Aje Hiring for Social Media Manager at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

This role will be responsible for the development and execution of the brand’s social media strategy including creating, planning and executing highly-engaging, innovative social media content across all organic channels, amplifying Aje’s brand identity.

Creative, with a good understanding of utilising analytics to create better outcomes, this role will take responsibility for planning and distributing content that leads to: exceptional brand presentation, follower growth, reach and directly attributed organic sales growth for key Aje channels: including but not limited to Instagram feed/stories/reels, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, Little Red Book and other emerging platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative eye, copywriting skills, technical skills, and be able to work well both autonomously, lead a Social Media Executive and as an integral part of the wider Marketing team.

You will bring:

• 4+ years experience within an organic social media-related role with demonstrable result
• Extensive experience in creating highly-engaging content, suitable for specific target audiences
• Excellent copywriting skills and strong verbal communication
• Strong visual eye
• Analytical, with an ability to analyse data and present results to senior stakeholders
• Fluency in using Google Analytics & social media ing platforms (ideally Dash Hudson)
• A sound understanding of and passion for the wider fashion world
• A deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital progression
• Ability to think on a global scale, with both the domestic and international consumer in mind
• A passion to deliver excellent community management
