The role: *
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be playing an integral part in growing and nurturing the existing team in our London office. This hands on role will see you driving recruitment efforts including sourcing and attracting top talent across all areas of the business with a focus on Commercial roles.

You will partner with key stakeholders within the business and be the trusted advisor when it comes to recruitment best practices, compensation banding and market mapping with your main goal being building a high powered team and a seamless candidate experience.

While most of your time will be spent on recruitment activities, a portion of your role will be owning things such as performance reviews, payroll and compensation benchmarking as well as talent mapping for skill gaps across the team focussing on succession planning.

Not only will you have the opportunity to build out a top team in the London office, but you will also be working closely with our team newly formed team in the Netherlands and providing them recruitment support when required.

• You are well rounded: with experience recruiting everything from Legal and Compliance to Sales Leaders
• You are a do-er: No task is too big or small, you are ready to help a business find the best people

Skill and Experience You Will Bring:

• 6+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role
• 2+ years experience working for a tech company
• Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition across many role types
• Some exposure to Human Resources activities (such as contract creation, benefits management, compensation benchmarking and payroll) is an advantage
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Bachelor Degree preferred
