Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll be responsible for the end to end recruiting across all non technical roles across APAC. You will define and execute the talent acquisition strategy for a variety of prioritised roles, from sourcing through to offer. This is a rare opportunity to join a rapid growth startup as we work towards an IPO.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a busy req load of 8+ positions
- Autonomous full cycle recruiting across junior to senior positions
- Work closely with decision makers as a trusted talent partner, consistently raising the bar
- Utilising data to drive decision making
- Always maintaining high candidate experience levels
- Continue improving internal recruitment processes as we scale
What you will bring:
- 5+ years in full cycle recruiting, ideally focusing on revenue generating and G&A positions
- Creative sourcing techniques
- Strong communication and the ability to influence
- A background in the tech industry is advantageous
- Previous experience in a fast paced, rapid growth environment
- The ability to work autonomously, pivot quickly and hit targets
