Airspeeder and our manufacturing arm, Alauda Aeronautics, are building electric flying racing cars to help accelerate innovation and advancements in the future of transportation. We are talented team of 30 professionals with backgrounds in racing, aviation and technology. We’ve been designing, manufacturing, and flying our “speeders” since 2016.

Following a successful year, we are expanding our team and preparing for an eventful 2022. Soon our pilots and team will compete in our recently launched EXA racing series, conduct our first manned flight, run several global racing events, and much more.

To assist with the company’s growth and financial coordination we are now seeking an experienced bookkeeper to work across the business providing financial and administrational support.

In this role you will get exposure to many aspects of the business and manage most things finance related, including but not limited to – payroll, accounts management, financial reporting, and more. We are seeking a highly motivated finance professional with great attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing and tracking of payments
• Manage accounts and ensure all documentation and data is correct
• Manage international transfers and payment
• Processing of creditor and debtor invoices
• Daily entry of cash receipts
• Liaising with suppliers for any outstanding account queries
• Payroll management
• Preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Ensuring company is compliant with financial requirements such as BAS, Superannuation, and Payroll Tax
• Accurate and timely completion of month-end processes, including monthly journals, month-end reports, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain all filing and records including updating systems
• Other finance admin duties as required to support the business
