This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Internal Recruitment Partner to join an award-winning creative services studio in the North West.

You will be an integral part of the company’s growth plan and will sit within a high energy, experienced, and highly supportive senior team.

You will lead the search for, all open internal roles, by embedding yourself within the business and of course, sharing the same values. As part of the role, you will also manage the expectations of hiring managers whist providing a best-in-class candidate experience.

As Talent Partner, you will manage the recruitment needs across both studio and remote based positions and art disciplines. You will have an agile and creative approach and be open to challenging the norms within recruitment.

The ideal Talent Partner will have experience covering:

• Interviewing
• Resource planning
• Management of talent pipelines
• Attract the best possible talent across a wide range of roles
• Management of recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems and job boards
• Creation of progress reports
• Relationship building
• Attending industry events / conferences etc
• Management of Visa/Immigration applications & relocation support of candidates
