Airport Retail Enterprises is a well-established and successful Australian owned and operated business operating airport food and beverage concessions across Australia including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Gold Coast, Townsville and Mt Isa Airports.

We are seeking a talented, experienced and self-driven Human Resources/ People and Culture Administrator for a Multi Venue Food & Beverage Operation across 4 terminals at the Melbourne Airport.

Key Responsibilities for this Role Include:

• Management of the Site end-to-end recruitment process and the selection of employees across a variety of diverse F&B Venues at all levels
• Implementation of efficient, creative and successful recruitment strategies that introduces diverse and talented individuals into the organisation.
• Provision of a timely and engaging employee on-boarding experience ensuring that all new employees are inducted and oriented with ease in a smooth and comfortable process.
• Point of contact for various RTOs and Trainers to assist in the attendance and completion for staff undertaking Certificate 3 & 4 courses in Hospitality and Leadership & Management.

We currently have 150+ Managers, Supervisors, FOH Bar & Café/Restaurant Staff, Chefs, Kitchen Staff & Baristas helping to deliver awesome experiences across our 12 very fast-paced venues at the Melbourne Airport.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25-38 per week

Salary: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
