Key Responsibilities:

1. **Passenger Assistance:** Help passengers with check-in, boarding, and luggage handling to ensure a smooth travel experience.

2. **Baggage Management:** Load and unload baggage, ensuring it is safely handled and correctly placed on the aircraft.

3. **Customer Service:** Address passenger inquiries, provide information about flight schedules, and resolve any issues they may face.

4. **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to safety regulations and ensure all procedures are followed, maintaining a secure environment.

5. **Coordination with Airlines:** Work closely with airline staff to ensure timely and efficient operations, including coordinating boarding processes and managing boarding gates.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a minimum of a 10th-grade education. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory as we welcome freshers. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with passengers and team members. Attention to detail and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly are crucial. Candidates should also be physically fit to manage the demands of the job, which includes standing for long hours and lifting heavy luggage when necessary. A positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are also expected.
