How do you fit in?

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the recruitment function and employment brand of the company. This role will apply comprehensive talent management knowledge, act as a trusted leader and provide talent resources to all businesses under the Airlite Plastics umbrella. This includes locations in Nebraska, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Tennessee and Nevada. As a Manager you will also provide leadership, coaching and support to a team of talent professionals.

Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Management and leadership support of Airlite’s employment brand and applicant experience.
• Management of talent metrics, analytics and reporting of sourcing activities, candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics.
• Ensuring talent acquisition systems are functioning at optimal levels and integrated with HR Systems.
• Facilitation of the talent acquisition processes for Airlite Plastics to ensure alignment and compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Engagement with, and support of, high volume and professional recruitment needs for the organization.
• Provide leadership support to business leaders to ensure the highest quality candidates are sourced and selected; which includes, coaching, training and strategic talent support.
• Management of candidate sourcing, community based employer programs and vendor relationships to ensure Airlite Plastics is an employer of choice.

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills have been acquired
• 5+ years of management experience in talent management, including experience with SEO, talent analytics and high volume recruiting.
• Previous experience leading recruiting automation projects is preferred.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment is preferred.
• Must place a strong focus on customer service and act with a high level of integrity, professionalism and discretion.
• Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver messages with composure and tact.
• Must be a motivated self-starter who can resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully interface with all members of the team and build successful, long term relationships with all members of the organization.
• Must be able to support, consult and influence a wide range of personnel.
• Ability to travel to satellite locations about 5% of the time.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
