We are looking for a Senior Manager, Accouting to join our team! In this role, you will direct and oversee the preparation and distribution of all periodic financial statements for internal and external use and ensure that reports, filings and documentation complies with ARC’s regulations, professional standards, and GAAP reporting guidelines. You will also be responsible for confiriming that entries, transactions, and accounts are accurately and properly consolidated and are included in internal and external financial statements. Additionally, the Senior Manager, Accounting advises management of trends and changes in reporting requirements and recommends best approach for any changes in reporting and serves as a liaison with or oversee the work of external auditors.

As Senior Manager, Accounting you will direct the establishment and implementation of our organization’s accounting policies and procedures and have overall responsibility for assigned accounting operations and systems as well as associated analysis and report preparation. You will have the opportunity to lead and direct accounting professional and support staff through subordinate managers.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Lead the day-to-day full cycle accounting functions in partnership with the Accounting Managers
• Engage with leaders throughout the business to influence decisions and provide guidance regarding the financial and accounting implications of business activities and decisions
• Provide leadership in complex issues with direct impact to financial performance including project capitalization, complex tax and audit issues, and operational process and procedure. Lead and/or participates in cross functional teams related to nonstandard product sales, contracting or development of non-standard partnership sales, or vendor relationships and/or agreements
• Have direct responsibility for the calculation, filing and remittance of all transactional tax obligations and partners with the MD of Financial Services and Tax experts in managing federal planning and all tax compliance issues
• Ensure company’s accounting regulatory compliance to provide assurance of internal control, accurate and timely financial and accounting reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Lead the payroll function and providing the accounting support to the payroll lead

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in managing people
• Advanced level skill with Microsoft Excel, Word, and preparing and making presentations to various levels of management and stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and interact with various levels and departments
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work autonomously
