We are looking to add another office team member in the Customer Service Department.
Are you the right fit for the fast pace of Heating and Air conditioning company front office?
An experienced multi tasker. (Previous Heating company CSR experience would be an asset)
We are looking for some one with great office experience, very good at customer service, phones and follow ups etc.
Someone that is thorough and double checks their work, that can answer phones, take proper messages, book calls for technicians through our computer system and can multi task.
Someone who will do what it takes (work late or delegates with follow ups) to get the work done.
Office and experience are a must. This will be a possible career for an experienced person.

Responsibilities:
· Giving the customers the BEST phone experience
· Answering incoming phone calls from customers and discussing needs while maintaining great customer service
· Booking residential and commercial service calls through our computer system
· Following up with customers on the experience
· Managing the technicians work schedule
· Maintaining client’s info, pictures, equipment online and files.
· Custom service representative duties
· Working with technicians to help them as needed to find parts, update work orders, help with billing etc.
· Performing outbound calls to schedule preventative maintenances and tune-ups
Responsibilities:
Operations and customer service experience is an asset.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a customer service position.
Answering phones / service dispatching / Follow ups / reception / computer data base management/inventory etc
Actively listen to problems and help provide solutions
Answering incoming phone calls from customers and discussing needs while maintaining great customer service
Taking care of a variety of customer concerns, complaints, and questions by phone, email, and in-person
Working on our software program and maintaining customer records by updating account information and warranty
Working with technicians to help them as needed to find parts, update work orders, help with billing etc.
Performing outbound calls to schedule preventative maintenances and tune-ups
Wage: $18-$21 to start.
