HR Assistant
Location: Stevenage, with flexible working
The Opportunity
A Rare opportunity has become available to join our HR function at a support level – an amazing opportunity for a recent graduate or somebody in there early HR career eager to develop further among a transnational, matrix business.
To provide support to the daily operations within the UK HR function including company/project documentation systems and tools and recording of all other relevant administrative procedures and documentations on time and efficiently.
It is an exicting chance to get involved in projects and learn about the different processes within HR and Airbus!

Process orientated, determined individuals with a strong desire to pursue a long term career within HR.

By building and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the companies values, goals, people and processes to support with the following:
Skills and experience required
The successful candidate will be subject to a Basic Security Clearance in order to undertake related work in accordance with business needs.
