About the role

An opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team providing financial support across the functions of the Airbus Asia Pacific business. You will be an integral member of the team and responsible for financial leadership within Programs and providing reliable, timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis that supports the financial business planning and performance monitoring process for the Operations Function.

Some of your day to day duties would include but not limited to:

• Supporting the implementation of financial governance, financial processes and tools
• Supporting the Finance Manager to drive profit and cash optimisation and budget control throughout the organisation
• Taking a supporting role in implementing financial models to be used in assessment the financial performance of the Program
• Proactively measuring and reporting business drivers in a financial context
• Working with the Program Delivery team to promote fiscal responsibility through reporting and monitoring budget utilisation and associated financial risks and opportunities
• Offering financial guidance through meaningful analysis displaying a high degree of financial competency which enables service delivery excellence

About you

The knowledge, skills and experience best suited to this role would include:

• 3 years + experience in successfully processing transactional services
• Diploma of Accounting or relevant demonstrable experience
• A solid understanding of accounting principles
• Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will help you succeed as you handle multiple activities within a hands-on environment.
• Proven planning and organisational skills with the timely completion of identified actions and projects
