As we continue to scale up the business, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the recruitment team for the next phase of our growth strategy. Role Responsibilities:
Proactively source candidates from a variety of platforms such as Linkedin, job board applications, social media, internal and external referrals, CV databases and more
Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment process including sourcing, shortlisting, pre-screening, scheduling interviews, providing feedback for successful and unsuccessful candidates, pre-offer and offer process.
Build ‘talent pools’ and ensure a healthy pipeline for future requirements
Assessing suitability of candidates within a pre-screen interview in line with the requirements of the business and arrange interviews accordingly
Placing job adverts on internal and external platforms
Providing updates to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner on candidate activity for future intakes
Assist with setting up and running of assessment days.
Supporting team members with adhoc tasks when required
Continuously providing a professional and friendly recruitment experience to all candidates and stakeholders
Working creatively to source the best talent for Airband
You will be required to travel to Devon and Somerset as and when required to interview and attend/host recruitment events
This is a hybrid working role and you will need to be able to access the Droitwich Office throughout the week as well as working from home
Person Specification:
You will be a credible recruiter who is looking for an exciting opportunity to further develop your career within an in-house talent acquisition team
You will have a minimum of 1-2 years recruitment experience within either a busy recruitment consultancy dealing with volume recruitment or ideally a busy in-house talent acquisition team recruiting for volume requirements for various business streams
Experience of recruiting for engineering positions is highly desirable but not essential
Experience and knowledge of working with a variety of job board and social media platforms for sourcing talent
Experience of using LinkedIn for headhunting campaigns and networking
Experience of managing candidates throughout the full recruitment process from sourcing to interviewing, pre-offer to offer process.
