Blog Creator / Writer, Remote – Up to $90k dependent on experience

Are you a Blog Creator / Writer looking to join an innovative B2B agency with some huge tech names in their client roster? Here’s your opportunity, you’ll be joining them to work on a variety of blogs, delving into how people learn and develop in the workplace. Are you a Blog Creator / Writer with some experience in HR, talent acquisition or learning? We want to hear from you.

Being a Blog Creator / Writer you’ll be someone who is able to delivery multi format content with a great eye for tone of voice. Project management experience will be useful, as you’ll be working collaboratively with various departments to produce work, and will ideally have some experience in the learning and development field.

The Blog Creator / Writer who joins them will be carrying out research and speaking to people that matter to the content, creating compelling stories which drive engagement across both long and short copy. You’ll also write relevant monthly newsletters for hiring professionals, reviewing feedback to improve your work.

Here’s what you’ll be tasked with as Blog Creator / Writer:

· Carrying out research and speaking to relevant people for content

· Looking into how people learn and develop in the workplace

· Engage with readers to get feedback and develop monthly newsletters for hiring professionals

· Working alongside various departments and stakeholders to produce work

The Blog Creator / Writer they’re looking for will be someone who has:

· Over 4 years’ experience within HR / Talent Acquisition / Learning

· Ability to deliver engaging multi format content

· Great eye for tone of voice

· Good project management skills

· Free thinking, an ideas person
