Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role (HVAC a plus)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using computers and technology
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with office equipment and procedures

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phone, email, and text scheduling and appointments
• Answer inbound calls
• Dispatch and maintain schedule for technicians
• Ensure lead & customer database is up to date
• Pro-active calls and follow-ups to leads and new customers
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Develop and Improve office systems and operations
• Assist Team with day-to-day duties
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
