We are looking for a friendly and professional Air Hostess to join our team in Kolkata. As an Air Hostess, you will ensure passengers have a safe and enjoyable flight experience. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Safety Procedures**: Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and brief passengers about safety procedures before takeoff.
2. **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional service to passengers by attending to their needs, answering questions, and resolving any issues during the flight.
3. **Meal Service**: Serve meals and beverages to passengers, ensuring quality service and addressing dietary restrictions.
4. **Conflict Resolution**: Handle passenger complaints or conflicts with professionalism, striving to provide solutions and maintain a peaceful cabin atmosphere.
5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other crew members to maintain efficient operations and ensure a smooth flight experience.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. A pleasing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. Candidates should have a positive attitude, be adaptable to changing situations, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service.
