Air Charter Service Hiring for Senior Reward and HR Operations Advisor at Surbiton Full Time

Air Charter Service are the number one aviation broker who now employ over 600 people across the globe and provide brokering services to our Cargo, Commercial and Private Jet customers.

We have an exciting opportunity and are currently looking for a HR advisor to join our friendly HR team based in our Surbiton headquarters.

Job Description

The aim of the HR Compensation and Benefits Advisor role is to ensure that all transactional elements of HR run efficiently within the business. The successful candidates duties will include but are not limited to:

Managing the onboarding of all new starters, issuing both offer letters and contracts of employment before setting up all new starters on the HR system (SelectHR).

Managing the leavers process and issuing leavers letters.

Producing salary spreadsheets for phased salary reviews and work closely with office CEOs and payroll to ensure monthly promotions are communicated.

Ensuring all employees are compliant by running monthly Right to Work reports and undertaking regular audits of the HR system and employee list.

You will be responsible for producing all HR related reports across the group

Managing the HR system and setting up new work flow processes

Managing employee benefits

Being project lead on the implementation of new HR modules and systems

Qualifications

Proven experience working with HR systems

A strong understanding of Compensations and Benefits

An eye for detail and proven track record of in-depth analytics

Experience creating and manipulating MI
