What to expect from this job:
- Provide an EXCELLENT driver/diesel mechanic candidate experience and introduction to Aim.
- Work within TenStreet ATS System to qualify candidates
- Collaborate with a recruitment team that has a CAN-DO attitude to recruit the best-in-class talent to Aim.
- Excellent customer service/selling skills with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with management team regarding open jobs
- Top notch communication skills to provide an excellent candidate experience to the applicants via phone conversations, email, texting.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
- Collaborate with all levels of the management team to coordinate interviews, discuss recruiting needs and provide candidate feedback.
Job Requirements:
Talent Acquisition Associate Requirements & Education:
- Associates degree required, bachelors’ degree preferred in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related field.
- ATS or HRIS systems experience. (TenStreet experience a plus).
- Positive attitude with a team player mentality
- Excellent customer service/selling skills
- 1+ year experience of high volume recruiting preferably in the transportation industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to adapt/learn various software applications.
