Aim Transportation Solutions is looking for an industry-leading Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team! This position will be located in our Girard, OH corporate office.

Essential Functions:

• Qualify and follow up on all applicants within the applicant tracking system
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Thorough knowledge of open jobs
• Provide an excellent candidate experience to the applicants via phone conversations, email, texting.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes
• Enter applicant information into the internal system.
• Collaborate with all levels of the management team to coordinate interviews, discuss recruiting needs and provide candidate feedback.
• Source for passive and active candidates in a timely manner
• Team player mentality and the ability to overcome obstacles
• Schedule prequalifying testing and orientation when needed.
• Coordinate candidate and open job status for staffing meetings
• Conduct job fairs on and off site.

Talent Acquisition Associate Requirements & Education:

• Associates degree required, bachelors’ degree preferred in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• ATS or HRIS systems experience. (TenStreet experience a plus).
• 1+ year experience of high volume recruiting preferably in the transportation industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to adapt/learn various software applications.
